Thanksgiving was at our house this year. I was so excited to do the Turkey. I decided to use red Drummond's recipe and brine it for 3 days. It was so yummy. I was so proud of myself. I also made a pumpkin cheesecake. Yum O! So good. The kids could care less about the food. They just love being with their cousins. Mj brought a bunch of games and crafts for the kids to do. It was so nice that they had something to keep them busy and out of the kitchen. After dinner we had plenty of black Friday preparations. I think it was a pretty successful Thanksgiving. So grateful for how blessed we are in our lives!
