Kate has been looking forward to this day for a long time. We decided to make it a very intimate event. We only invited our family and a few friends. Grandma Mary and her friend sang the song Baptism. It was a perfect opening to bring the spirit into the meeting. My Mom spoke on Baptism. She did such a great job. The spirit was so strong in the room. It was hard to hold back the tears. Mike baptized Kate. It was so awesome. I am so blessed to have a Husband who holds and honors his priesthood. I am so proud of Kate and the decision she made to follow her Savior Jesus Christ. Tanner spoke on the Holy Ghost as a newly returned missionary. It was perfect. I don't think there was a dry eye in the house. It was such an awesome day, one we will remember forever.
