So Cool! I have been to the San Diego Zoo 100 times and it is cool, but this zoo was awesome. I love the idea of an indoor zoo. All the animals are close together and they are all active and awake. I had my hand 1 foot away from a beaver swimming below me with nothing in between us. This would never happen in San Diego, maybe they have way more regulations. We saw so many animals in their regular habitats. Not just in cages.
In the Rain forest it was hot and humid just like the real rain forest. We were all sweating and my camera kept fogging up. This was my favorite part.
Cheetos anyone?

Hanging with the monkeys. These guys were so funny. The where swinging right in front of the glass making funny faces. One of them had a sack that he kept going in and out of. He rolled around on the floor in the sack. Another one was licking the glass and kissing the people on the other side. So funny! The kids loved it.
In the desert dome you could go right up to the animals. There was only chicken wire separating the kids from this lizard.
The aquarium was awesome too, there where penguins, fish, and the coolest octopus I have ever seen.
We had a great time. I can't wait to go back.
