The 4th in Las Vegas

We went up to the country club in Mike's mom and dad's neighbor hood one last time before they move. The kids enjoyed rolling down the big grass hills and playing in the sand trap. There was a water slide, but for some reason Kate chickened out. It was so nice to just relax with family while the kids ran around. The fire works show was really good. Both kids loved it. Ryan just stared in amazement. The rest of the night he just kept looking in the sky for more. He might have been a little confused. Mike and I sat on the blanket with the kids including my sister Sarah and My nephew Jackson. I used to love Holidays for myself, but now I love to see them though my kids eyes. It was a wonderful night, especially when a few tree caught on fire during the show. I think the people where watching the trees more than the show.
