Our annual trip to the ranch was this week. We drove 11 hours though 4 states to Crow Creek Ranch. Mike's entire family was there. We fed horses, shot guns, played games, ate, jumped a lot, played horseshoes, had a fire works show, fished, and canoed. It was a fun filled four days. We were excited to have my brother Craig with us fresh off the mission. It was nice to spend some time with him. Kate had so much fun. She had total freedom to rome and play with all the kids. It is so nice to get away from the city no cell phones, TVs, or computers to distract you from nature and your family. The only down side was the dreaded trip home with Kate. She threw up once but other than that and the smell of her puke she did great. Mike and I were glad to be home in our king bed. He likes his space. I am so glad we made the effort to go. It was a great trip.

Kate and I's first experience fishing. It was caught by cousin Matt in 2 minutes. Uncle Clark gutted it right then. Nasty! Kate even touched it. "It's Nemo", she said.
Kate had to show off her new cowgirl outfit. She likes to be the hit of every party.
BUMP! That is all Kate said the entire trip. She loves the trampoline and everyone could not believe how high she could jump. We can thank my sister Sarah for teaching her that.
Kate and Jackson had a love hate relationship one minute they are fighting and the next they are kissing. Hopefully they will get along better in the future.

Can't believe you guys are able to have fun with out us. The one of you and Kate is adorable.
Kate is SO cute...I love the pink cowboy boots!
OK, this is probably going to be my final offer. Tell Mike's family that I am willing to trade our house in Ramona, the whole 1.2 acres, for the ranch. Straight up. I'll even throw in the goat and rooster just cause I like them. There is only 29 yrs left on the mortgage, so I think this offer is more than fair.
Oh no! I did horribly on the quiz about you! :(
