Weekend with Stewart Grandparents

Mike's mom and Dad have been in Las Vegas caring for Mike's Grandma. I told them about Kate's school festival and they made a trip of it. Kate was performing twice for her two classes. She did a dance to "The Car Wash" for tumbling. She was the first in line and smiled so big as she did frog jumps, bunny hops, and somersaults down the mat. Then for her school class she did "The Monkey Dance" from The Wiggles. She was the cutest elephant there. She had a hard time remembering the dance, but Grandma Mary said that she must have been tired from the first one.

Grandma Mary got Kate a new book called "Pinkalious".

She looked cute anyway.

Ryan had fun playing with Papa. I don't know if you can see it, but he fell and got a fat lip. Once again I was not watching him.
We went to dinner in La Jolla and Papa ordered some calamari. I had tried some earlier that week and decided to try my luck again. I took one bite and the fried part came off revealing the purple squid underneath. I almost hurled under the table. Ryan wanted to try it so I gave it to him. He was in heaven he just sat there and sucked on the slimy legs all night. NASTY!

Nice Papa he was actually smiling, in this one.
