Every Year in Old town the church puts on a Mormon Battalion Celebration. They have pioneer crafts, activities, biscuits on a stick, and everyone is dressed in their pioneer attire. (Except me and my family) This year was especially important because they redid the visitor center. It was just like a normal visitor center that I went to as a kid. Now they have transformed it into an interactive experience travelling with the Mormon Battalion. It was really cool. The church is so wonderful to put out and constantly update things to kept up with technology and help us learn more out our church and our heritage. It was a really fun day. The boys missed it because they were golfing, but they needed the break.
