Today we went swimming at an indoor pool in Minden. We went with Lisa, Trent, Lindsey, Layla, and a few of Lisa friends. Kate loves the water and would stay in all day if I let her. So far Ryan is into warm water only. I am sure that as he gets older he will love the water as much as his sister. We almost lost Kate a few times. We were all sitting around talking and Lisa asked me if I thought Kate was swimming. I looked at her and she was struggling to stay above water. I was holding the baby and was not sure if I should jump in or what so Lisa grabbed her for me. She was pretty panicked, but got over it quickly. Later that day we were getting dressed and Kate wandered off again. I looked up just in time to see her jump onto the pool heating blanket which was on the pool at the time. I grabbed her as she was going into the water. Some of you may be questioning my skills as a mother, but I promise this girl can get into trouble in seconds. It is hard work but someone has to do it.

I'm glad I could be of assistance. I was so scared! Trent almost drowned last summer at Lillie's pool. So not cool. When are you going to email me pictures so I can do my own blog???
