Weekend in Vegas

Well, I hope that my doctor does not read my blog because he would be really mad at me for traveling at 35 weeks but that is OK. We made it home safe and sound. I had some contractions here and there but that is normal for me right now. Mike has been planning on going to Vegas last weekend for his 10 year high school reunion. I thought I should not travel so I was going to stay home, but I have a slight problem with being alone for to long.(24 hours) I can't handle it. I was gong to let Mike go have a good time on his own, but my dear husband new how much I wanted to go so he invited Kate and I to come along at the last minute. Matt and Allison are moving to Omaha next week and we have not seen Baby Hannah. She is so cute and tinny. The whole family went over to their house to help them get a few things packed which was nice.

While Mike was at his reunion Kate and I went to Peter Piper Pizza with MJ, Daniel, Jackson, Allison, Linlee, ad Hannah. The kids had a good time playing. (not really together) Kate was running around playing until she came upon dance dance revolution. She was mesmerized. She is a dancing fool and I think one day she might be one of those crazy kids that people stand around the mall and watch dance. What a proud moment that would be as a parent. I can only hope. On Sunday we had a big family dinner. It was like old times. It was so nice to be with family. It made us miss living in Las Vegas.



We were also able to spend a few minutes on Sunday with Grandpa Henry which was long over do. He has been moving from home to home and is finally in a good place. We love him so much and were so glad to be able to see him.
