This weekend Grandma and Grandpa Stewart came to town and helped Mike and I create a destination for Kate in our backyard. As soon as I dumped the parts of the play our onto the grass she went crazy. "Wow, Wow" She could not stay out of it long enough for me to build it. It even has a working door bell. Anything with a button that makes noise makes Kate happy.
Once I set up the sand box she thought she was on the beach in Hawaii. She still can't figure out how to get the sand in the bucket, but she has plenty of time to learn. Hopefully she can make some friends soon so they can come over and join in the fun.
I am excited to get stuff done in the house while she is occupied in the backyard. At least she is not in front of the TV anymore.
