10 Days in Hawaii

On December 27 we flew to Maui with Mike's entire family. It was a great time. We did not have the best weather or heath, but all that aside we had fun. We played in the pool and ate dinner in Lahina almost every night. Kate and Jackson had a great time playing together in the pool, at the park, and on the beach. Mike and I were able to relax quite a bit except for the nightly throw up sessions with Kate. I am sure housekeeping dreaded our call every night. Need less to say we were glad to leave the puke room and head for Oahu. Once we got there the weather was beautiful. We got settled in and went straight down to the beach. We spent the next three day on the water. Ali and Mary had to go down and reserve our chairs at 6:oo. Thank You! Mike was able to go to Pearl Harbor with the boys. He loved it. He thought he was a professional photographer. Mike and I were able to go out on a date one night. Thanks to grandma and grandpa. We splurged since it was a once a year opportunity.  He took me to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. He knows it is one of my favorites. It was heavenly be alone if only for a few hours. Mike was so excited to go there that he asked the hostess to take our picture out front. I was pretty embarrassed. But it was a great time. The plane ride home was awesome. We were on the red eye and like a good daddy Mike got Kate asleep right before we got on the plane. She slept the entire fight on my lap. What a miracle.
